Current Rates: Effective July 1, 2026

Inside City Limits

• $30.96 for the first 2,000 gallons
• $10.71 per thousand for 2,001 - 4,000 gallons
• $11.60 per thousand for 4,001 - 14,000 gallons
• $13.78 per thousand for 14,001 - 100,000 gallons
• $12.78 per thousand for 100,001 - 500,000 gallons
• $11.51 per thousand for any over 500,000 gallons
• There is a water surcharge of $0.16 per customer on city water service.

Outside City Limits

• $47.91 for the first 2,000 gallons
• $15.94 per thousand for 2,001 – 4,000 gallons
• $17.29 per thousand for 4,001 - 14,000 gallons
• $20.59 per thousand for 14,001 - 100,000 gallons
• $19.01 per thousand for 100,001 - 500,000 gallons
• $17.12 per thousand for any over 500,000 gallons

Arapaho

• $13.37 per thousand gallons

Sewer Rates

Rate        $12.77

• Minimum base charge is for up to 2,000 gallons of water used
• Residential Accounts: $40.00 maximum sewer charge .... no cap for commercial accts.

Sewer Surcharge       $10.00

Residential Garbage

• $21.09 Per month for Residential customers inside city limits.
• $10.65 Per month for an additional polycart inside city limits.
• $65.99 Per month for Residential customers outside the city limits serviced bi-weekly. 

Residential garbage inside city limits is picked up once a week.

Commercial Garbage

• The minimum charge for users that have a shared dumpster is $57.20 per month.
• Users with a dedicated dumpster(s) will be assessed according to the rate table below
• The out-of-town rate is assessed at 1 1/2 times the in-town rate using the table below.
• The minimum number of essential dumpsters will be placed at each location,
  but the City will make the final decision as to the number of required dumpsters.
